Leadership and Management are two concepts that are often thrown together, but with a vast array of interpretations and administration. Using a 360, practical and easily identifiable approach; this training focuses on turning various approaches to leadership and management into practical results.

Counting towards the annual CPD requirement, trainers and assessors attending this session will receive specialised training and support that ties the principles of assessment practice whilst balancing the reality of teaching and training in a changing landscape (i.e. Ofsted’s new Education Inspection Framework) and under the pressures of a competitive and demanding occupation.

The MS Office Masterclass designed for those who would like massively improve their productivity by learning the most effective ways to make use of the combined MS Office software package. We will look at different ways of using the programs for a range of different tasks, as well as showing how they can work together to improve productivity.
